Professional Team

Mr. Stefano Deleidi is the Co-Founder and Partner of C&D, who has more than 30 years of experience around the world in automotive, elevator, HAVC, high precision dies and  consumer electronics industries.

Originally born in Italy, Mr. Deleidi worked in Asia for more than 15 years since 2002 and has set up more than 20 companies so far in his career across Europe, Asia, and the United States. Before creating C&D in Cleveland, Ohio,  he was the Chief Executive Officer of LU-VE Asia Pacific Ltd. from 2010 to 2017 in Hong Kong. During this time Mr. Deleidi opened a factory in Changshu, China and managed the startup and strategic development, as well as daily operations in the Asia Pacific region including Australia, Vietnam, Thailand, Greater China, India, South Korea, and New Caledonia. Earlier, he served as a General Manager of Brembo in Suzhou China from 2007 to 2010.

Mr. Deleidi earned a B.A. in History from John Carroll University (JCU) in the United States and attended JCU US Army ROTC four-year program and graduate in top of his class. He also attended advance course on M&A and negotiation at EMC Bruxelles and UTC.  Mr. Deleidi is fluent in five languages including English, Italian, Spanish, German and French and has basic understanding of Chinese. He was the President of Bergamaschi community in HK and will hold the same position for DC and Virginia.

Peter is the head of Peter Armstrong Associates Limited (PAA LTD), which was established in 2009 and is a UK registered company. PAA LTD work closely with CD. Together both companies are able to work as one team and provide a wide range of professional skills.
Peter Armstrong is a senior business executive with over 30 years experience in international business planning, finance and business transformation. Peter Armstrong has worked and lived in Germany, Russia, Hungary, Denmark and the UK.
Peter has a hands-on style to identifying and resolving problems facing any business. He has helped turnaround food manufacturing and sales businesses in Russia, Hungary and Denmark. He has prepared business acquisitions plans for television broadcasting equipment distributors in Finland. Peter also has considerable experience in the semiconductor chip design and cellular telecoms industry.

Mr. Luca Mantovani joined C&D in early 2017 as a Senior Associate with over 15 years of experience mainly overseeing APAC clients in real estate, facility management, operations, purchasing, order processing, business analytics, and operation reporting.
Prior of joining us, Mr. Mantovani lived and worked in Beijing for over 10 years. He pursued a career with JLL (and international real estate management firm) where he learnt real estate management and facility management. He later followed his wife to Hong Kong and joined The Executive Centre (service office operator) as Procurement Manager where he devised a APAC sourcing strategy for the growing business. While in LU-VE Head Exchangers as an Operation Adviser, he designed and implemented several dynamic analytical dashboards of organization performance.
In 2015, he joined PDAcademia and he has been developing management and operational tools for education institutions in Asia, designed to improve transparency in daily operation, increase accountability, devise strategy and daily operation goals, and monitoring of staff performance and deliverables.
Mr. Mantovani has extensive experience in real estate operations, procurement, analytics and Microsoft Excel. He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, English and Italian.

Robert M. Cutler earned two Bachelor's degrees from MIT and the doctorate from University of Michigan. His accomplishments include: advising the presidents of international energy companies, designing organizations and implementing those designs, planning and chairing conferences and workshops, analyzing questions at the intersection between global geoeconomics and energy security, and writing and editing all manner of analytical and information-policy documents from short briefings to full reports. He is also an applied complex-systems scientist.
After over a dozen years of research and teaching at all levels at leading universities in Canada, France, Russia, Switzerland and the United States, he left academia for global business consulting and international energy diplomacy.  He then expanded into policy analysis, foremost as Energy Security and Geo-economics Specialist, but with demonstrated hands-on specialization and competence in Complex Organization and Decision Studies, and in Strategic Communications and Media Analysis.
Over the past quarter-century, he has consulted with the private sector, governments, think-tanks, international institutions, and NGOs. He combines expertise in energy security, geopolitics, geo-economics, organizational design, strategic communications, project analysis, media analysis, diplomacy, and leadership psychology. He is Practitioner Member, Waterloo Institute for Complexity and Innovation, University of Waterloo; Senior Research Fellow and Director, Energy Security Program, NATO Association of Canada; Fellow, Canadian Global Affairs Institute; and Past Chair, Board of Directors, Montreal Press Club.
He has an extensive online presence, ranging from social media to popular and analytical journalism to longer policy reports and extended analytical studies.
Richard D. Johnson II is the VP of Asset Protection Services a division of CD LLC that provides elite security professionals to protect valuable assets and cargo. Prior to founding Asset Protection, Mr. Johnson spent over 25 years on active duty with over 20 years working within the Special Operation Community
During his military career serving as a Green Beret Medic and Special Operations Independent Duty Corpsman with Marine Reconnaissance, Mr. Johnson has deployed over 18 times throughout the world including Africa, Europe, Central Asia, as well as Southeast Asia.  
Mr. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University Global Campus.
Brigadier General (ITA (Ret)) Mario N. Greco is a Senior Strategic Analyst who has accrued, during his entire professional career and, in particular, due to his tenure at NATO Headquarters in Brussels, significant knowledge and consistency in networking at the political and strategic levels in the international, political-military context.
As a result, he gained a comprehensive understanding (as well as a personal interest) in defense and security policy developments (including the impact of climate change on the security dimension), strategic foresight, comparative (net) assessments, intelligence analysis, defense, and military planning, capability development both in the defense and political domain.
He possesses demonstrated high-level experience and success in developing policies and strategies and leading international professional strategic planning teams. He also has a solid background and expertise in interacting with national and international political-military decision-making processes and procedures.
As Senior Analyst in the Strategic Analysis Capability and Net Assessment Team at NATO HQ, he has authored strategic analysis and comparative (net) assessments, reports, and forward-looking appraisals of significant political–military issues of strategic relevance. He has also profoundly analyzed the complex and intricate relationships between global strategic competitors in security and defense, including the US, RUS, CHN, EU, and third nations.
He has accrued command and staff expertise in field operations at the regional and global headquarters command-and-control levels. He also served in several overseas (NATO and UN) operations in critical areas.
He holds a bachelor's degree in Military Strategic and Security Science and a few master's degrees in Military Strategic and Security Studies, Peace Keeping and Security Studies, and International and Diplomatic Relations from accredited institutions. He possesses solid communication and interpersonal skills to foster strategic partnerships and promote efficiency and cooperation to achieve results in complex environments.
Mario holds top security clearance and offers a unique analytical knowledge of today's fast-evolving geopolitical and economic environment that is valuable to CD LLC’s clients in their business planning or at the national security level.
